need advice with my apartment
I own an apartment in Manhattan that can rent out for approximately $4,500 a month. My monthly cost is only about $1,500 (common charge and tax) since I have already payoff my mortgage. I am thinking to create a partnership and rent out the apartment. Is this a good idea? Any thought and recommendation would be appreciated. Thanks.
