What to know about Townhomes

I am just starting out and looking at buying a townhouse for a rental. I am looking around 200k range to try and get a better tenant. I know I need to look at hoa and taxes. What are other things I need to look at? How much should I save for maintenance and vacancy? Projected rent would be around 1550. Thanks.
