just bought my 4 rental in 5 Months
The bp web site is awesome!! I have learned a lot over the past 6 Months. I'm a flipper and really getting into flip and holds. I just picked up my 4 rental and I'm totally stoked about it. I have one single family I bought for 70k in Carpentersville witch is ARV is 130k rent is $1200 a month, bought a 2 Flat for 49 and I'm putting 40 into it ARV will be 140k and each unit should rent for $850 a month, bought a condo for 50k putting 7k Into it ARV is 90k, and I just bought a duplex for 106k putting 3k Into it ARV is 150k.
