Just closed on 1st rental property!

I just closed on my 1st rental property!!  So excited and thankful for this website.

Two bedroom, 1 bath.

Purchase price $55600, 20 percent down. PITI $498/mth and with a scheduled rental signing Friday for $975/mth. (I followed all the screening advice found on this site.)

Now how do I get a 2nd property?
