first deal was amazing. I got the lead off of a bandit sign. Seller called desperate to sell, i locked it up in contract the same day, found a buyer the next day we went to closing!!! That sums up the story its very much more detailed then that:) $1200 cash richer gave my referral guy $100 everyones happy!!!

Congrats, but you better keep a low profile in Ohio if you aren't taking title wholesaling. :)

Title wholesaling? Is that the proper (legal)  way of wholesaling?

Why, is someone trying to name it? I'd call it buying then reselling. Selling to another investor is still selling. LOL, guess we could start identifying what kind of investor:

buying then selling to a flipper could be a a "Wholesaler flip flop"

buying and selling to a landlord could be a "Wholesale flip lord"

That means a wholesaler in a wholetail deal to a flipper would be a "Wholesale wholetailer flip flopper"

Gott have investor lingo or it just ain't cool!

Use transactional funding if you  need to close, then just sell the place. :)
