Lehigh Acres Florida Rehab Project

Just closed last week on our first rehab project. This house needs a lot of cosmetics and some systems repaired. We are getting bids and expect to start around 9/28. Here are a few pics of the house as we purchased it. The kitchen shows nice with granite countertops. The island countertop is broken and needs to be replaced. There are many holes in the walls including one large one pictured below. It needs interior paint throughout. The garage has drywall damage on the ceiling and one wall. One bathtub may need to be replaced in the master. There are broken screens on the pool cage. Water system and A/C need some work. We already had the grass cut. I am going to leave my swim suit put away for this one:) I will post numbers after we get it market ready.
