Hello, Greetings to all the members of BP. I was in  new haven ct patrolling the neighborhood in order to narrow my search to buy my investment property. I would like to know any neighborhood that's is good for investment property and also some neighborhood to stay away from. As always appreciate any inputs. Thanks
