Repair plumbing-add lines?

I'm looking at a HUD deal, and it says "Repair plumbing-add lines" in the Disclosure/Repair doc without an estimate. Do you know what that means? What might be the max cost of this? To me, the house is a pretty good deal, but it has been on the market for a while, which makes me nervous. If professional investors don't think they can make work, it might be stupid for me to jump in. Thanks.

I can't speak to your deal specifically, but I have a guess.

I've known houses to be gutted of copper, you might have to replumb the house. If this is the case, I would recommend pex. It is easy to run, cheap, and not a target for scrappers.
