Very 1st 2 Duplexes under contract
Hello all
Well after a year of trying to get into the real estate business we finally have our very 1st two duplexes under contract. One house is a 2 - 2/1 and the second house is a 2 - 1/1. We are paying $58,900 for both of them. Rehab should run around $50,000.00 and ARV should come in around $160,000.00. After renting them out we will then refinance the property for cashflow. Got luv BRRRR. I will definitely be asking you all a lot of questions as we go through this process. Any ideas or recommendations that you have we would be grateful for.
