Renovating My Own Condo

Twenty-seven years was long enough!

I wanted out of my condo and into a home with a garage and basement.

But I hadn't really done much to my condo over the years. It needed a complete updating if I wanted to maximize the sales price.

I transformed it into a showcase and it sold in seven days flat. Did 95 percent of the work myself. Features natural American Cherry 3/4 in. hardwood flooring and all-new, matching kitchen appliances. Wainscoted the stairwell. Diifcult to get those angles right, but worth it. Makes a dramatic entrance. On to a fixer with a garage and basement. Livin' the dream.
