I use DealCheck. I was one of the beta testers. it allows you to enter all your numbers and also creates a PDF. It includes all the metrics like IRR, COC, rent2-value, cap rate, GRM,etc. you can put in the basic property information and it also has a Summery and Projection page up to 35 years.
