My Experience.
I have spent the last 22 years of my life building and renovating homes for other people. I have come to the point in my life where it is time to move into bigger and better things. As a child I watched my mother buy renovate and sell property. I grew up in the industry. I began working with my father doing contracting work when I turned 18. Contracting has provided a stable income for my family; however I want to give more to my family. My partner and I are currently putting all the pieces in motion to build our real estate investment company. We have spent the last few months educating ourselves about real estate investing and property values. We are on our way to our first flip but we have to make sure we have the right people in place as we begin our new endeavor. I think BP may just be what we have been needing to help us network.
