How much would this crack cost to repair

So there’s this crack in an all-block house that I’m looking to flip and I’m not sure how extensive it is. See below:

I’m pretty far along in the buying process so I think I’m going to try to ask for a credit from the bank and a 30 day extension for the closing date. Can anyone give me an idea on how much the repair cost to rectify this would be? Even just a ballpark number to have a contractor come out and re-mortar the block. Any feedback is much appreciated! Thanks!
