How much would this crack cost to repair

Question

So there’s this crack in an all-block house that I’m looking to flip and I’m not sure how extensive it is. See below:

I’m pretty far along in the buying process so I think I’m going to try to ask for a credit from the bank and a 30 day extension for the closing date. Can anyone give me an idea on how much the repair cost to rectify this would be? Even just a ballpark number to have a contractor come out and re-mortar the block. Any feedback is much appreciated! Thanks for the picture, that was what I thought, my original advice stands, not a bid deal, cover it up before a freeze-thaw cycle happens (I see now this in in NJ) this is not a bog issue.

The crack looks small enough to be filled with caulk unless there is some greater structural issue that is causing the brick to pull away. Out of curiosity, why are you residing the house? Assuming the stucco only needs small patching in sections, why not just repair the stucco and paint it? Stucco is a durable and long lasting material and if you get it painted, it should look great. Just a thought.

I'm talking about the 4" pancake block separating on the corner. It's pulling away from the back wall of the house. I'm not worried about the stucco, I'm taking all of that off anyway and residing the house.

Hard to tell what I'm looking at but it looks like the stucco on the lower section has fallen off or was not done around the mailbox.  None of the cracks really look bad enough to worry about.

If you are talking about the crack between the facia bricks and the rest of the house, my opinion; the crack is minor, however you need to fix the stucco exterior wall to cover the area where it fell off or you could have a moisture problem in your house. This is not structural, however if water crept in there if could push those bricks out more and that would be a problem.
