Hi everyone...

Total noob on the forums, but I wanted to see what everyone thought of this. I am practicing analyzing deals right now, and I wanted to see what you all think of this MFH. I've already done my analysis on it, but I was curious to see what you all come to. This will help me figure out if I'm missing stuff or if I need to reevaluate how I do my analysis.  I appreciate your help. Can't wait to be able to pay-it-forward once I have some confidence in knowing what I'm doing.
