Yeeeessss, 3rd house so far in 2016.

We just got word that an offer we placed on a house last week has been accepted. So far this is the third house we get offers accepted in the last 3-4 weeks. 2015 ended on a positive note and 2016 is off to an excellent start.
The first house has been cleaned-up and partially demoed and foundation work started this morning. The other two houses we close next week and jump right in for a quick turn around. Life is good and Bigger Pockets has been a blessing.
