Just Finished REI basics on BP
Hello everyone,
I'm brand new, just starting out REI. Since the beginning of 2016, I've completed BP's beginner guide book and video modules along with side reading from other books and podcasts. Minor, but major milestone for me! It felt overwhelming and doubted myself along the way but it turns out that I'm really anxious to get started. I haven't figured out my niche along with a strategy. Which takes me to my next step in applying what I learned on how to analyze properties practice videos from YouTube. This starting out grind is tough but I'm all in. Super excited. Any comments, tips, or feedback helps, thank you for your time.
