Hello We are from North Carolina and we are starting out in real estate. We are very interested in fix and flip and wholesaling. Wholesaling has been hard for us to get into. So I'm was wondering if anyone in North Carolina can become our mentor and help us we would be grateful. We have found properties  and a buyer but the problem we are finding is getting a contract or NC and wondering if we need to have a lawyer look at before we get started? And if there is other paperwork to do for wholesaling.
