First deal

Hello Family! 

I'm looking for my first deal in Newnan Georgia and the surrounding areas. I have been driving for dollars, talking to local lenders, and looking in Craig's list but I don't really know what a good deal looks like or haven't seen any that seem to be in good areas. Does anyone know of a great realtor in this area? What suggestions might you all have for someone at my stage in this process? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm ready!
