I was wondering if I buy a tax deed property in Tennessee how hard is it to get the person living in their out once you make the purchase ?? 

Is it more landlord friendly or tenant friendly ? 

Also Does Anyone have a real estate attorney that knows Tax deeds well In Tennessee ??
