Wholesaler Partnering with a Realtor

I am a wholesaler who has contacted a realtor looking to partner up with them. I am trying to create a win-win situation for the both of us. I have offered her both sides of the commission as long as she brings me the deals I'm looking for. Are there any major questions and/or concerns I should bring up during our meeting?

Thanks!

The big thing is making sure she truly understands what a deal is.  Realtors generally have a retail point of view. It's very hard for them to grasp wholesale real estate.

But excellent strategy.  If there's deals out there, this will motivate them to find them!
