Two car garage increase prop value.
Hello everyone,
I'm about to buy my first house which has a two car garage built on the land. Would the garage increase the value of the house? I saw a similar size house in the same block which sold for the same price but doesn't have a garage. I am just trying to see if I'm getting a good deal. I appreciate any advice. Thank you in advance.
