Looking for a good mortgage calculator
Hello,
I'm new here and am looking to start buying properties out of state to hold. I'm looking for a good mortgage calculator to help me figure out my numbers. I would like it to include insurance, property tax, property management costs, etc. I would love an excel spreadsheet I could save to my desktop. Please let me know if anyone has a good one they want to share with me! Thanks!
