4 plex in Los Angeles Airbnb
Hello, I am looking to enter the Los angeles market with the purchase of a 4-plex for about 1.2m. It consists of 2 - 2 bedroom units and 2 - 1 bedroom units. My plan is to Airbnb all 4 of them to obtain a higher noi. The issue i'm having is finding contacts that have successful airbnb units in LA so that I can better understand occupancy/rates. Any in the BP community operating out of LA and can help me out?
I have extensive experience in this space as I currently mange 100 of these in Scottsdale/Phoenix market. (we handle about 2000 check-ins a year)
