Hi all!
I hope you're all doing well and attaining loads of success in your real estate career!
I'm a new agent and investor, in Richmond, VA, looking for some advice and resource recommendations for doing comps. I'd also like to mention that I am on a budget. WIth that being said, are there any comp resources that you all use that is accurate and found success with while doing your deals? Any suggestions and advice would be awesome.
