my first signed contract!!
Hey BP this is an empowering feeling i am jumping up and down right now! I have my first property under contract @69000 and i will be opening the escrow on monday with a close no later than the 25th of April. I promise myself to never forget what i fought through within myself just to get here, and be able to celebrate the small victory on the way!!
