Short Sale- Tampa Bay Area
Are there any investors in the Tampa Bay Area that is familiar with a short sale on a home that is being sold to prevent foreclosure? I think this is a great deal for cash flow being that it Is a very nice condo that needs a little TLC, someone please help me jump on this deal!
