Determining ARV. What apps or websites are you using?

Would love to hear what apps or websites fellow investors are using to do comps. I know the best way is to ask an agent but sometimes I need to move quicker. I've used Zillow and Trulia for recently sold properties. Is there a better way? Thanks in advance.
