Do Agents Provide The Numbers on Leads?
What's up guys! I need a little help here.
I've been talking to a few agents in my local area to look for leads on SFR's and multifamilies. However, when I ask for the numbers on a property I get no replies. All they give me is the Price of the property, picture and description. I have no idea what the estimated rents are, the expenses, NOI or any of that. How should I go about obtaining these?
