"The Sherwani Wait"!

I just want to give a shout out to @Zarak Sharwani. There have been many occasions where we were in negotiations of a purchase price and the Seller has wanted more money for the property and the deal falls apart because we will not go up on price. Many time, a few weeks or, sometimes, months later they call us back to accept our original offer.  Hence The Sherwani Wait was born..... I believe it is very important to be patient and be firm on your offer price because the Seller usually calls back bagging you to move forward with the deal at your price.

Money is made at the purchase of the property not the sale!!!

Thanks for sharing. Negotiating can be powerful, but if you know your numbers are good, best not to compromise.
