Found potential asking for little advise
I have found a 5 bed room 3 bath 2400sqft.
Off market for $48,000, Zillows zestimate is $119k. The local sold properties range around 69-79k. I have a private investor that I can use for funds. I'm asking for some advise please and thank you.
