Wholesale deal
I am working on my first deal and i was hoping someone could analyze my contract.
Market price 87,000
Selling for 52,000
4,000 square feet(1 house sits on 4 lots)
4 bedroom
1 bathroom
Minor renovation needed if any at all. Everything has been brought up to date. Paint, water heater, duct work, plumbing, carpet, etc...
Can someone let me know if this is good or not?
