Another Flip... Much easier than last time
Well hello again everyone! I've got my second flip ready to hit the market. Oh boy was this one a cake walk from start to finish. I think I may have got my contractor for rest of my life... or until he retires either way. For those who dont know here is the link to the Previous House that I had flipped. I screwed the pooch royally, skimmed out with a little bit of money, and after licking my wounds moved on to this house. I'll have to follow up this post with numbers shortly, Ran out of time making this one.

These are just the rooms that had the most dramatic difference. All the bedrooms simply got a new carpet and paint with a brighter light bulb. Nothing to drastic.
