Adding a bedroom
I have found a potential house to flip. It is a 3 bed 2 bath, but part of the basement we could convert this small family room into a 4th bedroom. How much value does this add to a house? We could do it for relatively cheap because my dad and I could do it ourselves. Is it worth it?
