First Rental - Buda, TX
Just want to say thanks to the guys at BP. After months of educating myself and hesitating to dive in we found a great deal that allowed us to move in with little money down and rent the one we were moving out of. Buda is a growing area South of Austin, TX for those not aware.
Anyways, thanks for pushing members to get out there and start. Looking forward to many more investments going forward.

Awesome! We moved out of a house in Round Rock to Georgetown and are basically in the same boat. Been renting the old house out for 2 years and it's gone well. Trying to find another investment for buy and hold has proven challenging, though.
