Good Friday Afternoon!

For those of you I haven't spoken with or met on BP, my name is Dean Harris and I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in TN & MS. I specialize in managing investors/hedge fund portfolio's that invest in Memphis, TN. My program for my clients models the "BRRRR" strategy and we are having a ton of success with ROI's in the mid-teens on a consistent annual basis!! That's excited stuff going on in my city for sure!!

I am curious today though to hear about some other success stories in this area.  If you will, share with me what you are having success with and maybe what you arent having success with.
