The past couple of months have been busy with my first flip. It is finally complete and on the market. Here are some before and after photos of it.

The grass is still pretty bad, we have a huge dead spot outside the front door.

Listed for 150k

Went on the market yesterday and have 9 showings scheduled for Sunday (the first day the realtor is letting people see it)
