Ach debit for renters advice?

Has anyone set up a ach template through there bank to have renters automatically be debited? And what are the pros and cons of this method. Any feedback is welcome

Hi Brant,

My friend utilizes this method for his rental and has had no problems.  

Pro:  He doesn't have to track down a rent check and it was easy for both parties to setup.  Also, I don't believe there is a processing fee.  

Cons:  He hasn't stated any cons.
