Are you disclosing your home address in your direct mailings?

Hey BP - for those that have utilized direct mailing to try and find deals, are you including your home address as the return address?

This is a great way to go. Alexis is right, that a physical address looks better than a PO Box, and this way you can have a bit more privacy. Plus, you never know if someone will show up at your home address.

Also, I believe that some Post Offices offer using a physical address if you get a box with them. :-)

You can chose an UPS close to your home, the UPS account is to have more security, privacy and it looks better than a residential address.I think is good to let them know that you are familiar to the area.

I'll look in to doing but I guess if they were savy enough they could do a google search of my name and the area I live in since I disclosed that I recently purchased a home in the same area.  Do you think it is best to not disclose the fact that I live in the area?

Hi Jon,

I am new to the direct mailing and I am in the process of sending my first mailing. What I am going to do is rent a UPS box, it is a good idea because they give you a real address (not an PO Box) and you keep your home address private
