Hello Super Agents

This post is for all of the active real estate agents out there.

Im receiving my real estate license in the in a couple of weeks.  I have set an goal to close 40 deals in 12 months. I plan on working expired's, old expired's and fsbo's. If you are doing 40 or more deals a year right now, what systems have you put in place to help you consistently reach your goal?

Im practicing the mike ferry scripts now, working on internalizing them. Im also looking for roll play partners that have big goals! I want to surround myself with people that are doing what I want to do.

Thanks for comments!

@Willie Smith less than a year. I worked in education as a teacher, coach and AD here in a few places in MN. Was fun, but wanted something where I could continue to coach and build something of my own and help people. I don't think there is any magic recipe to having success, you just have to work hard and help others. I think that's true of any career or field. I am lucky to be part of a great group, and have a lot of brains I can pick like you are doing as well. Hope all goes well from the get go for yourself man!
