Looking for a real estate consultant
Does anyone recommend a real estate consultant? I need some serious advice on some things and nobody on bigger pockets has any idea how to help.

So you are denouncing BP and asking for recommendations from BP in the same sentence? Have you created your own forum post and not received any feedback? Or did you just hijack someone else thread? We all specialize in something on BP, so there is no real estate consultant that knows everything. Are you looking for a tax expert, financial expert, flipping expert, landlord expert, RE agent for finding deals? If you are not specific in what you are needing, how do you expect anyone to help you, even if it sounds simple to you?
