Chinese drywall

hello all, 

i have located a home but have found out it has the Chinese drywall issue. i am a complete newbie and haven't even done my first deal let alone one with this issue. the house is marketed at 29 per sq ft homes in the area selling around 110 per sq ft. looking for any experience as to pursue or way too much work.
