Best way to do this?
Hello everyone, I just signed up to Biggerpockets hoping to start a very successfull business.
This weekend I went out to find deals. I found this estate sale that the family needs to get rid of. They list it at $97,000, I'm dealing with motivated sellers and my offer of $60,000 to get it off their hands is being highly considered to the point where I can get it under contract by this week.
The property does need a rehab. Alot of TLC. I first wanted to wholesale the property or assign the contract to another buyer but I cant find anyone.
What do you recommend I do? Thank you
