Hey BP fam ! So my friend and I are trying to analyze through properties. Now when it comes to expenses is when we get a little confused. We just want some clarification. When it comes to expenses such as light, gas, water & sewage, garbage. When is a landlord responsible for and what utilities and when is a renter responsible for? I greatly appreciate your help on this !
