Hi everyone, My question is should I get my LLC where in live which is Oceanside California or should I get it where I want to invest which is Cleveland Ohio? What would be the best choice and strategy for my situation? Thanks

I recommend getting an Ohio LLC. It is cheaper then a California LLC as a California LLC has a large annual fee. You would also need to register your California LLC as a foreign entity in Ohio so getting an Ohio based LLC is the simpler and cheaper route.
