LLC Questions HELP ME!!!
I live in California but am trying to do deals in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida and in Georgia.
Do I need to have an LLC in each state or can I create an LLC here in California and be good to do deals across the U.S.?
Where's the best place to get an LLC?

Your CA LLC would have to be registered as a foreign LLC with the Pennsylvania Dept of State to conduct business within PA.
