Hello to everyone at bigger pockets, my name is Will Cuesta and I'm looking to start a new business career in real estate. Like averyone else starting I don't know much abot it, but read and listen  to a lot of podcasts on YouTube.  My question is what type of deals should I be looking for in my area (Davenport, Fl.) if I want to start with little or no money? &  how to put together a deal that will convince banks or investors to finance it?.

So far I have to try owner financing on an apartment unit but the seller did not go for it. I would like to know what is the right way to convey this type a deal without scaring the seller away.
