1st 2017 Flip closed in Cleburne, TX
This week just closed/funded my first flip of this year. Here are the numbers:
$74,500 Price
$28,000 Rehab including soft costs
$135,000 Sold for Ca$h (on market for 11 days and set a new $/ft high for area)
$25,000 Profit (after all closing costs and commissions)
I purchased this home site unseen. Couple of unexpected items were 29 pressed piers, electrical panel upgrade and new AC. Here are some before/after pics.
