Extreme creativity! Great idea or am I crazy?
I've been wanting to apply the BRRRR strategy for STR's for a a few weeks now. Well today I found the perfect place. That perfect place is seller financed only. The cash flow, equity and appreciation are all there but my partners and I don't want to have to pay the 9.9% on the interest rate for 15yrs. Would we even be able to refi and if so when would be the best time to do it??
