Hello everyone, I just joined BP today and I have already leaned a lot from everyones discussions. I just started looking into the wholesale world and I am looking into flip or rent out properties. I have cash to offer and need advise on how to approach everything. I need to know the process of finding houses and also has anyone did tax deed auctions.
