Thanks to Josh for the opportunity to make deals!! Will Barnard and I just closed another successful transactional loan. Second one with this client. Two more next week with same client.
Many TALK about doing these loans. Will and I actually do them and complete them. If you're not doing deals on BP with BP members, something is seriously wrong. Rich in FL.
